Returns

If your product arrives defective, please contact us as soon as possible and our team will arrange a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns for:

Purchases made through third-party retailers

Incorrectly ordered products

Items damaged due to customer misuse or error

Items that are not damaged or were delivered correctly

To request a return, please email our support team. Once your claim is approved, you will be asked to return the item to our global warehouse in the United Kingdom. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Refunds

We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. Returned items must be in original working condition and include original packaging.

Refunds are processed once our team has received and inspected the returned item.


Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After this period, the order must be delivered and returned before a refund can be issued.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery times for exchanged products vary depending on your location.

For returns valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Sale Items

Clearance and sale items are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to regularly priced items.
